Company and regulatory status
trūth is a future C Corporation in formation. No IND has been filed. No clinical trial is authorized. Neither Belcopa nor NovusClarus is approved or available for sale. Safety and efficacy have not been established.
Belcopa
Belcopa is a practitioner-mediated behavioral-intervention research concept. Public materials intentionally do not reproduce controlled practitioner language, precise formulation details, fidelity procedures, or debriefing materials. The intervention requires independent ethics review, protocol development, and controlled evaluation.
NovusClarus
NovusClarus is a proposed once-weekly fixed-dose product concept containing 50 mg MDMA and 500 mg acetaminophen. The attached foundational case manuscript documents a broader regimen and did not directly test this fixed combination. A four-arm randomized component study is proposed as a development concept, not an authorized protocol.
Foundational manuscript
The manuscript is unfinished, unpublished, not peer reviewed, and based on a single subject. It lacks randomization, blinding, placebo control, standardized endpoints, and formal clinical-trial oversight. It is hypothesis-generating and should not be represented as proof of product efficacy.
