Privacy principles
Public forms collect professional contact information and the content submitted by the sender. The public trial-interest and partnership interfaces are not intended for medical records, diagnoses, medication histories, or emergency information.
Data room and administration
Protected access, document views, comments, approvals, expiry, and administrative changes are logged for security and accountability. Credentials are stored using one-way password hashes.
Retention
Records are retained only as long as needed for scientific, partnership, compliance, security, or legal purposes. Requests may be archived, declined, or deleted according to company policy and applicable law.
