What are Zinx strips and how do they work?
Zinx products are individually wrapped oral supplement strips. Follow the directions and warnings on the specific product label; the strip is placed on the tongue and allowed to dissolve.
What are the ingredients in Zinx strips?
Every product page lists active and other ingredients, serving amount, flavor, suggested use and warnings from its current product source. Formulas differ, so review the individual label rather than assuming all strips are alike.
How do subscriptions work?
Eligible products can use recurring Stripe billing. Each successful renewal creates a new Zinx order for fulfillment. Subscription controls and history are available in your signed-in account.
Where can I find product details?
Open any product page for the ingredient panel, source-linked catalog information, directions, warnings and package amount. The Science page adds selected research references and evidence boundaries.
How can I track my order?
After shipment, use the carrier link in your confirmation email or sign in and open Order History. Contact support with your order number when tracking has not updated as expected.
How do I plan the right routine for me?
The wellness calculator can organize goals and suggest a simple routine, but it does not diagnose conditions or screen medications. Review labels and consult a qualified clinician when health circumstances require individualized guidance.
Can I take more than one strip per day?
Follow the maximum serving stated on the exact product label. Do not combine products in a way that duplicates ingredients or exceeds recommended amounts without professional guidance.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Keep the product and packaging, photograph the issue and contact Zinx within 30 days with your order number. We will review the claim with the fulfillment team and explain the available remedy.
