Information collected

When you submit a contact, information, career-interest, or government-access request, the site may collect your name, title, organization, email address, phone number, inquiry category, program or office, platform interest, access context, message, acknowledgements, submission time, browser user agent, and a one-way hash used for basic abuse prevention.

Purpose of collection

Information is used to route and evaluate inquiries, verify organizational affiliation and authority, respond to requests, protect the website from abuse, maintain submission records, and meet legal, security, contracting, and compliance obligations.

Storage and transmission

By default, this deployment package stores submissions as protected JSON records on the hosting account. Email delivery is disabled until an authorized recipient and sender are configured. Hosting administrators must secure the account, restrict file access, maintain backups, configure retention, and migrate sensitive business workflows to an approved system.

Do not submit controlled information

This public site is not approved for classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, export-controlled technical data, operational details, target information, source code, proprietary third-party data, clearance identifiers, sensitive contract identifiers, or attachments.

Retention

I2D should retain public inquiry records only as long as needed for the stated purpose, security review, legal obligations, and documented records schedules. The included package does not automatically delete submissions; administrators must establish and execute a retention policy.

Sharing

Inquiry information may be shared internally with authorized I2D personnel and with professional advisers, service providers, government customers, law-enforcement authorities, regulators, or contracting parties when necessary and legally permitted. It is not intended for advertising resale.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit a form. A production privacy contact should be added in config/app.php before launch so individuals can request correction, deletion, or information about records where applicable.

Security limitation

No public website or ordinary email system can guarantee absolute confidentiality. Submission of a form does not establish a classified, privileged, procurement-sensitive, or secure communications channel.
